Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum order value, and no hidden charges — the product price and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before you confirm.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT are processed the next business day. Once shipped, Standard Shipping usually arrives within 2–3 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Yes. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number, and you can follow your parcel at any time from the Track Your Order page. If a package looks lost or is delayed well beyond the estimated window, contact us and we will take it up with the carrier.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. We accept returns for manufacturing defects, damage in transit, and wrong items received. We are not able to accept returns for change of mind or personal preference — if you are unsure about a product before buying, contact us first and we will help.

Report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@pughlegal.com with your order number. Please include photos of the damage to the product, the outer shipping box, a readable shipping label, and the inner packaging — that lets us process the claim without going back and forth.

For approved returns — defective, damaged, or wrong items — Pughlegal covers the return shipping cost. We review return requests and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days, then send you return instructions. Your refund is issued once we receive and inspect the item.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, as well as Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments — Pughlegal never stores your card number.
